Privacy policy

Heggy AI is a small business in Waco, Texas, run by Jackson Taylor. We collect little information, and we use it to answer you and do the work you hire us for. Questions go to jtaylor@heggyai.com or call or text (210) 300-6555.

When you visit this website

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking. We load our fonts and images from heggyai.com itself, so your browser doesn't contact other companies when you read it.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. We don't use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Our cookie policy covers cookies.

When you contact us

If you email, call or text us, we keep what you send: your name, phone number or email address, and anything you tell us about your business. We use it to answer you, schedule your walkthrough and do the work you ask for. Our business email runs on Google Workspace, and our phone service stores call and text history.

When you hire us

To set up and run your tools, we may need access to some of your business data, such as customer contact details, call recordings, messages, reviews or calendars.

• You own your data. We use it only to build and run the tools you asked for.
• We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
• We name our providers. Your tools may rely on outside services, such as AI model providers or phone and texting services. We tell you which ones before setup, and they process your data only to provide that service.
• You can take it with you. When you end the service, we help you export your data and then delete our copies, except what we have to keep for tax or legal records.

Your service agreement can add more detail for your business.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers above to do the work, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages from people who contact us for as long as we need them to respond and keep normal business records. Client data stays with us only while we provide the service, as described above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email jtaylor@heggyai.com or call or text (210) 300-6555, and we'll answer within 30 days.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. We limit access to client data to the people doing the work, and we use accounts with two-factor sign-in where the provider offers it.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a change affects clients, we'll email or text you before it takes effect.
